- Experience: 3 years acute care case manager experience
- CA RN License
- Certifications: BLS
- Flu Vaccine: Required (No exemptions). Flu season starts September
- Special Requirements: EPIC highly preferred. Due to the nature of the role, California case manager experience needed.
