Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years Cath lab experience required;

Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal)

Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Yes

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) – N

Pending License accepted: (Y/N) N

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.

Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12 s 40- for 8/10 s

SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
