Title: Registered Nurse/Cath Lab
Location:  2950 Cleveland Clinic Blvd Weston,
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day (4x10 Hours) 7:00 17:30

Years of experience REQ: 18 months Cath Lab experience required; 2 years preferred.
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Is on-call REQ: (Y/N) What is the req: Call is approx 9 shifts in a 5 week period
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes

RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission.
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs for 3x12's – 40 hrs for 8/10's
Special Requirements: Experience in EP and Vascular preferred. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay.

Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client
SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (cotinine) DS required
