CPR-BCLS
ACLS (new hires within 12 months)

Demonstrates clinical competence in critical care nursing, knowledge, and skills
Ability to manage telephone communications effectively
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient charts
Ability to follow safety guidelines
Ensures excellent time management and attendance
Ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Ability to adhere to parking and dress code policies
