Job Summary and Qualifications
Under the general direction of the Cardiology Manager, the RN coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care as related to the Cardiology Department.
Must support on-call requirements with an expectation to respond to emergencies in less than 30 minutes once notified.
This position within the Market Pool provides care at both Overland Park Regional and Menorah Medical Center campuses as determined by the Market Pool agreement and staffing assignments are subject to change based on facility staffing needs determined by Market Manager and/or administration.

Overland Park Regional Medical Center is a 340-bed facility offering acute medical services to our patients. We are Johnson Countys only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Level II Trauma Center. We have an Accredited Stroke and Chest Pain Center. Our hospital is a premier area destination for Womens & Childrens healthcare services. We offer the regions only Maternal Fetal Health Center to care for critically ill mothers and their babies. Our hospital has an antepartum unit, a labor and delivery unit, and a Level III NICU.
