Pay Rate:
- Local: $65–$68/Hour (Based on Experience)
- Travel: $69–$72/Hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Cath Lab Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care and assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. The RN will assess patients, coordinate individualized care plans, perform nursing interventions, and ensure safe, high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist physicians during Cath Lab procedures and provide therapeutic nursing interventions.
- Circulate during procedures and monitor patient condition.
- Support cardiac procedures including PCI, right and left heart catheterization, and pacemaker insertion.
- Assist with Impella and balloon pump procedures.
- Document patient care accurately according to nursing standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Advocate for evidence-based nursing practices and patient-centered care.
Requirements
- ASN required; BSN preferred.
- Active NJ RN License or Compact License required.
- BLS and ACLS (AHA) required.
- Telemetry experience required.
- Cath Lab experience with circulating nurse responsibilities required.
- Experience with EPIC, Mac-LAB, and Sensis highly preferred.
- Experience with Impella, balloon pump, PCI, right heart cath, and left heart cath required.
- Experience with pacemaker insertion and pulmonary embolism cases preferred.
- Critical care experience highly preferred.
