Registered Nurse - Charge

We are excited to open abrand-new 25-bed Medical-Surgical unitat Willis Knighton Bossier and are seeking a skilled and motivatedCharge Nurse (RN)to lead our team on the night shift. Shift:12-hour days, 18450708 Schedule:Rotating, with every other weekend off Position Summary The Charge Nurse provides leadership and clinical oversight for the unit, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care while supporting and guiding nursing staff. Responsibilities include: Coordinating daily unit operations and patient flow Assigning staff and managing workloads Supporting bedside staff and assisting with patient care as needed Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent patient outcomes Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Qualifications Current RN license Previous acute care experience required; Med-Surg experience preferred. Leadership or charge experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Why Join Us?
