Registered Nurse Position Details

Position Title: Registered Nurse New Graduates Status: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available

Shift Options: Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends (Please indicate your preference) Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts Starting Compensation: $34.00/hour Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 The listed compensation represents the budgeted range for this role. Final offers are determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, internal equity, and organizational needs.

Minimum Qualifications Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois Graduate of an accredited nursing program Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire Advanced certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS) required within three (3) months of hire based on assigned specialty unit Demonstrated critical thinking, clinical judgment, and communication skills Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
