    This position is being recruited and hired by Sheppard Pratt Solutions on behalf of Beverly Hospital - a Sheppard Pratt Partner. This role will be based at Beverly Hospital in Amesbury, MA.     What to expect.

    We are searching for a caring Registered Nurse (RN) to join our inpatient psychiatric program for child and adolescents. In this role, you’ll work with a team of specialists to deliver compassionate, age-appropriate care to young patients facing mental health challenges.

    Specific responsibilities include:

    • Providing empathetic, patient-centered care while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Collaborating with the treatment team to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care.
    • Leading and documenting therapeutic groups and interventions.
    • Safely administering medications and managing crises using de-escalation techniques.
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

    Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience as a registered nurse.

    What we need from you.

    • Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
    • Must hold current registered nurse (RN) licensure to practice in Massachusetts.
    • Experience in an inpatient psychiatric nursing setting is preferred, but not necessary.
