Registered Nurse

About the Role: As a Registered Nurse and make a difference in the lives of our patients in Cleveland, OH. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals to provide assessments in a supportive environment.



Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Perform Client Assessments
• Assist in the training and supervision of Homecare Staff.

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio.
• Degree in Nursing (RN) 
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
