We Are Hiring:

Location: Round Rock, TX

Facility: Seton Williamson Medical Plaza 1

Department/Speciality: Cardiology

Schedule: Full time | Monday-Friday 9am-6pm Travel required

What You Will Do:
  • Coordinate holistic patient care by leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure every stage of the treatment journey is seamless and patient-centered.

  • Implement and adapt personalized care plans, actively monitoring patient progress to ensure clinical interventions are both timely and effective.

  • Advocate for patient safety by executing physician orders with precision and maintaining high-fidelity documentation of the patient’s healing process.

  • Drive successful transitions of care by assessing and managing discharge needs, ensuring patients and their families are empowered for life after they are discharged.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.
Additional Preferences:
  • Professional Credentials: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2–3+ years of RN experience, with a preference for a background in cardiology.
