How you'll make an impact in this role:Lead the implementation of comprehensive patient care plans, proactively monitoring progress to ensure every individual reaches their clinical milestones.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between specialties for holistic patient support.
Advocate for patient safety by meticulously executing physician orders and maintaining high-quality clinical documentation that reflects the true patient journey.
Navigate the discharge planning process in collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a clear, safe, and supported transition back to their homes.

Clinical Expertise: Registered Nurse with over two years of professional experience, specializing in psychiatric and mental health care.
Administrative Proficiency: Proven background in navigating complex insurance verification processes to ensure seamless patient access to services.
