What You Will Do:Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in strict accordance with clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal well-being.
Manage and adapt personalized care plans by executing physician orders and monitoring progress to actively drive successful patient outcomes.
Lead multidisciplinary collaboration as the central coordinator across clinical specialties, ensuring a seamless, holistic care experience for the patient.
Champion seamless patient transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs early, preparing patients and families for the next stage of their recovery.

Education:
Clinical Experience: Bring two years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience, specifically within a pediatric outpatient clinic setting.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to effectively support diverse patient populations.
