Lead the daily operations of your specialty unit by strategically assigning and directing nursing staff to ensure every patient receives high-quality, population-appropriate care.
Optimize unit productivity by balancing patient acuity with available resources, making the real-time adjustments necessary to maintain clinical excellence and safety standards.
Resolve clinical and operational hurdles by acting as the primary point of contact for patient care concerns, ensuring all issues are addressed through professional, established channels.
Mentor the clinical team by providing direct input on hiring, training, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of professional growth and high-level accountability.
Orchestrate the availability of essential medical supplies and resources, setting daily priorities that align with physician needs and the ever-changing dynamics of a high-volume nursing unit.
