Med Supply US is an ACHC-accredited, Medicare-enrolled mail-order supplier of continuous glucose monitors serving patients nationwide. We're expanding into North Dakota and need an ND-licensed RN to serve as our designated clinical professional under the state's DME retailer licensure requirements.
This is a low-commitment consulting role, roughly 2 to 4 hours per month, fully remote:
Serve as our contracted licensed health care professional for North Dakota licensure.
Act as clinical escalation contact for ND patient questions on CGM use (our customer service team handles all routine support).
Quarterly review of patient education materials and clinical policies.
Optional paid hourly work available: patient education calls, provider outreach.
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered North Dakota RN license.
ND resident required.
Diabetes care, urology, DME, or home health experience a plus.
