Your future role at a glance:

Location: Carmel, IN

Facility: Ascension Medical Group Clinic

Department: CT Intervention

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm, partially remote

How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Lead the TAVR referral pipeline by acting as the primary point of contact for new patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming entry into our Structural Heart program.
  • Orchestrate complex diagnostic sequencing by scheduling and tracking all required testing (such as CT scans, echos, and labs) to keep the patient’s journey moving toward a timely intervention.
  • Synthesize comprehensive clinical profiles by gathering and auditing external medical records, ensuring the multidisciplinary heart team has the "full picture" needed to make critical procedural decisions.
  • Empower the multidisciplinary team by serving as the clinical resource for TAVR protocols, bridging communication between cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, and the nursing staff.
  • Document the clinical care journey with precision to ensure all TAVR-specific regulatory standards and therapy programs are implemented and tracked for high-quality outcomes.
What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional requirements you'll need:

preferred experience with coordinating TAVR/Watchman programs/procedures
