REGISTERED NURSE

Registered Nurse – Horizons Care Center Horizons Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide resident‑centered care in our 24‑hour setting. The RN will perform assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to support short‑term rehab and long‑term care residents.
