LifeBridge Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our regional healthcare system serving Maryland communities. As a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, the Registered Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care across a diverse patient population, supporting the organization’s mission to improve health and promote well-being in the communities we serve. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, plan and coordinate care, and provide evidence-based nursing interventions to patients with a variety of acute and chronic conditions. You will administer medications and treatments safely, closely monitor patient responses, and ensure accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record. You will collaborate daily with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, pharmacists, social workers, and other team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect patients’ clinical needs, goals, and preferences. Education and communication are central to the position; you will provide clear, compassionate instruction to patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, medications, and follow-up care to support safe discharges and successful recovery at home or in other care settings. You will prioritize patient safety by adhering to all infection prevention practices, medication safety standards, and fall- and injury-prevention protocols, while actively identifying and escalating changes in patient condition. In alignment with LifeBridge Health’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and community engagement, you will participate in quality improvement initiatives, contribute to evidence-based practice, and support continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient experience. You will have opportunities for ongoing professional development, including unit-based education, organization-wide learning, and pathways for career advancement into clinical specialties, leadership roles, or advanced practice. The ideal candidate is a team-oriented, flexible, and resilient nurse who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates sound clinical judgment, and consistently delivers compassionate, respectful care. This position offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive health coverage and retirement benefits, within a supportive environment that values your growth, well-being, and commitment to the communities we serve. The work setting may include a combination of on-site clinical care with the potential for limited hybrid elements such as remote documentation, telehealth follow-up, or virtual education, depending on departmental needs.
