    Position Summary

    The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and highly regulated outpatient treatment environment.

    The RN plays a key role in direct patient care, care planning, patient education, coordination of services, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a nurse who values meaningful patient relationships, teamwork, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

    What You'll Do

    Direct Patient Care

    Perform nursing assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.

    Administer and dispense medications safely and accurately.

    Conduct in-person and telehealth nursing visits.

    Facilitate educational groups and provide health-related coaching.

    Respond to patient concerns and escalate medical issues when appropriate.

    Care Planning & Patient Education

    Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

    Review laboratory and toxicology results with patients.

    Provide education regarding medications, treatment plans, and overall health maintenance.

    Coordinate referrals and connect patients with appropriate healthcare providers.

    Care Coordination & Leadership

    Conduct chart reviews and enter provider orders.

    Serve as Charge Nurse on a rotating basis.

    Coordinate patient care across multidisciplinary teams.

    Support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

    Documentation & Compliance

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).

    Ensure proper medication storage, handling, and inventory management, including controlled substances.

    Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.

    Participate in compliance reviews and quality improvement initiatives.

    Maintain required licensure, certifications, and continuing education requirements.

    What We're Looking For

    Required Qualifications

    Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

    Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.

    Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.

    Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and other healthcare technology systems.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).

    One year of addiction treatment and/or psychiatric nursing experience.
