• Education Requirements: Valid nursing degree (RN)
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, PALS
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of high-acuity Pediatric ICU experience, comfortable in a fast-paced, high acuity environment
• Other Requirements: Ability to float within Pediatric CVICU, NICU, Neonatal PCU, and General Peds units; strong sterile and aseptic techniques; excellent communication skills; physical ability to support frequent patient handling and procedures

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, respiratory therapists, and resource nurses to coordinate patient care plans and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the EPIC electronic medical record system, including assessments, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Execute bedside procedures such as dressing changes, g-tube/j-tube management, chest tube care, and sterile technique adherence under provider supervision.
• Support unit operations by floating within the Pediatric CVICU, NICU, and other pediatric units as needed, ensuring patient safety and continuity of care.
