• Collaborate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient recovery and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and vital signs in Epic to ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Execute on-call responsibilities, responding promptly within 1 hour to emergencies or patient needs during assigned shifts.
• Assist with patient education regarding post-operative care, recovery processes, and follow-up instructions to promote optimal outcomes.
