How you'll make an impact in this role
Lead rapid-response emergency operations across acute, outpatient, and dynamic field environments to ensure uninterrupted clinical care during local or national disasters.
Direct response and recovery efforts using the Incident Command System (ICS) and National Response Framework to manage high-stress crisis scenarios effectively.
Educate healthcare teams and community partners on critical disaster management protocols to build resilience and maintain continuous operational readiness.
Represent the organization in strategic partnerships and regional Emergency Medical Task Force agreements to strengthen collaborative community response.
Maintain short-notice deployment readiness and field competency as a non-negotiable requirement to deliver high-quality care whenever and wherever disaster strikes.

Qualifications & Experience: Prefer 3+ years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience alongside proven critical thinking skills.
