Registered Nurse - Covington, GA

Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Primary Care / Occupational Healthcare company in Covington, GA.




·      Contract Length: 13 weeks

·      Schedule: Monday – Friday 5 am – 1:30 pm

·      Pay rate range: $50 - $65 an hour

·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·      Evaluates, treats, and prioritizes patient care within the scope of practice

·      Providing immediate care for workplace injuries and coordinating follow-up care to ensure a safe return to work.

·      Provide occupational health first aid management.

·      Conducting medical health surveillance completion and assessments to identify potential health risks among employees.

·      Maintaining accurate health records and reporting on health center activities to ensure compliance and improve health outcomes.




Requirements:

·      5 years of RN experience required.

·      At least 2 years of RN specialty in urgent care, primary care, occupational health and / or ER experience desired.

·      Must have experience with injury triage.

·      RN license in GA required  / BLS or CPR certification required.
