Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Critical Care to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in CCU/ICU, with a current Massachusetts license on file. The unit focuses on trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, medically unstable, and cardiac patients requiring close monitoring and timely interventions, including acutely ill patients needing Q1H or more assessment and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor patient conditions and perform assessments and interventions as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards
Schedule and Compensation:
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Hourly Pay Rate: $63.83

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years CCU/ICU experience
- Current Massachusetts nursing license
