What Youll Do
Provide critical care support to trauma, surgical, OB, neuro, and cardiac patients
Monitor acutely ill patients requiring frequent assessments and interventions
Administer medications and manage IV lines as prescribed
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
Respond promptly to patient emergencies and changes in condition
Uphold safety standards and infection control procedures
What You Need
Required:
Current Massachusetts RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications
At least 2 years of ICU/CCU experience
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Preferred:
Experience in trauma, neuro, or cardiac units
Ability to work night shifts consistently
