CVOR RN Shift: will work 3x12s, M-F 6p-630a Is on-call REQ? NO Call Holiday requirements: May need help with holiday coverage. 1 major holiday-call or in house coverage. Years of experience REQ: 2+ Experience required: Must be able to circulate complex cases to include: Adult Heart and Lung Transplant, Type A Dissections, CABG, Valves, TAVRs, AAA, Diagnostic Lap, Exploratory Lap, EVARs, TEVARs, FEVARS Experience Highly preferred: Scrubbing Cardiac/Vascular cases Service Lines: Adult Cardiac, Thoracic, Transplant, Vascular, Bariatric, Panc/Bili, Colorectal, Plastics, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology, Urology, MIS (we have 5 Davinci s) First-timers accepted: Not preferred License Required: SC or Multi-state RN license must be in hand at start of contract Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS-must be AHA Required: Radiation badge. radiation badge to be provided by agency What is the local radius rule? 60 miles Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission. Approvals based on dept needs Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period). These hours can be broken down to add up to 1 shift. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 820 Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred. ** Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
