• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $78.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day shift, 4x10 Hours, 6:30 AM 5:00 PM; Monday Friday with 1 day off (may not always be the same day every week)
• On-Call: Post Shift: 1700 0700; Weekend: 24HR 0700 0700; at least 1 weekend/month, 1 post shift/week
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• Travel Requirements: Local radius is 50 miles
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a CVOR RN position at an acute care hospital facility. The role requires the ability to perform open vascular, endovascular, hybrid room, and cardiovascular procedures. Scheduling preferences can be considered but are not guaranteed; scheduling requests due to additional employment will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform open vascular, endovascular, hybrid room, and CV procedures
• Provide 1:1 patient care in the cardiovascular operating room setting
• Fulfill on-call obligations: post shift (1700 0700) at least 1 shift/week, and weekend call (24HR, 0700 0700) at least 1 weekend/month
• Adhere to facility scheduling requirements (M F with 1 day off; day may vary week to week)

Required Skills

• Must be able to perform open vascular, endovascular, hybrid room, and CV procedures
• Strong cardiovascular operating room clinical competency
• Ability to fulfill on-call and weekend call requirements as scheduled
• Pending license not accepted active licensure required at time of submission
• RTO must be included at time of submission

Education Requirements

• Active RN License required (CA)
• ACLS certification required
• BCLS certification required

Required Experience

• 5 years of CVOR RN experience required; candidates with 3 years of experience may be considered but must screen
• First-time travelers accepted with 5 years of experience; candidates with less experience must screen

• Guaranteed Hours: Facility is able to call off once per two-week pay period
