Description
Job Details:
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented healthcare professional to perform comprehensive assessments for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with care standards.
- Can work in Stone Mountain and nearby cases (20-25mi radius)
- The role includes oversight and approval of LPN-conducted client assessments, ensuring clinical integrity.
- Additionally, the individual will be responsible for reviewing and signing off on documentation and care notes submitted through the EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) system, maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and a thorough understanding of home care or healthcare protocols are essential for success in this role.
- Assistance with tracking case due dates.
- Possibly doing PCA check offs.
