Horizons Care Center seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The RN will perform assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor residents’ conditions to support recovery, comfort, and long-term well-being. Working in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, the RN promotes dignity, safety, and open communication while educating residents and families, supervising support staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards in a supportive, professional environment focused on quality and respect.
