Pay: 60-63 HR
Are you a compassionate RN passionate about empowering patients through diabetes education and care management? Our client in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Diabetes Care & Education Specialist to join their growing team!
TEMP Opportunity with Potential for Long-Term Growth
What You’ll Do:
Educate and support patients with diabetes management
Develop individualized care plans
Provide lifestyle, medication, and glucose monitoring education
Educate patients on CGMs, insulin pens, and diabetic devices
Help improve patient outcomes and reduce gaps in care
Qualifications:
Active NYS RN License
CDCES / Certified Diabetes Educator Certification REQUIRED
3+ years of Diabetes Education experience
Strong patient education and communication skills
Bilingual Spanish preferred
