- License/Certifications: Active RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; CDE or CNN preferred
- Experience: 1+ year in inpatient dialysis; prior access to fistulas, catheters, and dialysis machines preferred

What Youll Do:- Provide inpatient dialysis care for hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis patients
- Access fistulas and catheters with critical attention to patient safety
- Travel between multiple facilities as scheduled (WKMC, Bossier, Pierremont, South)
- Collaborate with charge nurses and support staff to ensure quality patient care
- Chart accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR system
- Maintain infection control standards and safety protocols
- Respond efficiently to patient needs during both scheduled and call shifts
- Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices
What You Need:- Active RN license in Louisiana or eligible to practice
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required; CDE/CNN preferred
- At least 1 year of inpatient dialysis experience (2+ years for first-time travelers)
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
- Experience with dialysis equipment (e.g., Braun machines) and vascular access procedures
- Willingness to travel between facilities and respond to call shifts
