    , Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Director to lead our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team in El Paso, TX. As the Director, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our tiniest patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the NICU, ensuring high quality and safe patient care - Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory standards - Manage and mentor a team of nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure professional growth and development - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans for each patient - Monitor and maintain the unit's budget, ensuring efficient use of resources - Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction - Serve as a liaison between the NICU and other departments within the hospital - Stay up-to-date with advancements in neonatal care and implement best practices into the unit's operations Qualifications: - Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas - Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required, Master's degree preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in NICU nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role - Strong understanding of neonatal care principles and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in electronic medical record systems and other relevant software We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
