About the job:
The Registered Nurse under the direction and supervision of the Clinic Manager, provides skilled nursing care to participants in the PACE clinic and in participant’s homes, implements primary care orders, evaluates participant symptoms in person and/or by telephone, develops appropriate plan of care, provides participant, caregiver and family teaching and communicates participant’s condition to primary caregivers, physician and Interdisciplinary Team.
Pay: $37.00-$48.50/HR
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM. On call rotation
