    Job Description

    We are actively recruiting internationally trained Registered Nurses (RNs) from around the world for EB-3 Green Card sponsorship opportunities with established hospital systems across the United States.

    This is an opportunity for qualified international nurses seeking long-term U.S. employment, permanent residency, and a structured transition into the American healthcare system.

    Selected candidates may receive immigration and credentialing guidance, relocation assistance, and ongoing support throughout the process—from recruitment and employer placement through immigration and arrival in the United States.

    Assignment Locations: Multiple U.S. states, with opportunities currently expected in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Florida, and other locations depending on hospital staffing needs.

    Employment Type: Full-time, permanent employment through an EB-3 employment-based immigrant visa sponsorship pathway

    Position Overview

    We are seeking experienced international Registered Nurses to join U.S. hospital systems through an EB-3 employment-based immigration pathway.

    Depending on clinical background, experience, and hospital staffing needs, opportunities may be available across a variety of acute-care departments and nursing specialties.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Providing safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care
    • Performing comprehensive patient assessments and monitoring patients' clinical conditions
    • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
    • Administering medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols
    • Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
    • Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
    • Educating patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care
    • Following U.S. hospital standards, policies, and patient-safety requirements

    Immigration & Relocation Support

    Selected candidates may receive support throughout the international recruitment and relocation process, which may include:

    • Eligible reimbursement of certain credentialing and immigration-related expenses, depending on the employer

    Minimum Requirements

    • Registered Nurse qualified in your home country
    • Active RN license in your home country
    • NCLEX-RN completed or eligibility/in progress, depending on the applicable pathway
    • Minimum 2 years of recent bedside clinical nursing experience
    • Strong English communication skills
    • Ability and willingness to meet U.S. state nursing licensure requirements
    • Ability to meet applicable EB-3 immigration and professional credentialing requirements
    • Willingness to relocate permanently to the United States
    • Commitment to working full-time in a U.S. hospital environment
