How you'll make an impact in this role:
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary care by serving as the primary advocate for your patients, ensuring every specialist and team member is aligned for seamless treatment.

  • Execute life-saving interventions by accurately carrying out physician orders and monitoring patient conditions to respond rapidly to changing clinical needs.

  • Direct the patient journey by implementing tailored care plans and maintaining precise documentation that ensures high-quality, continuous care.

  • Facilitate safe transitions by assessing and coordinating discharge needs with the healthcare team, ensuring patients are prepared for the next stage of their recovery.

What minimum qualifications you'll need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.  American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
