How you'll make an impact in this role:Assess clinical learning needs, then plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based nursing curricula and professional development programs across the continuum of care.
Partner with leadership as a strategic consultant to design and analyze organizational initiatives that improve nursing clinical performance and core competencies.
Create and execute multi-faceted competency programs and evaluation metrics to ensure clinical staff practice safely and effectively.
Manage performance and competency standards for collaborative, inter-professional programs to support all team members in practicing to the highest extent of their licensure.
