Key Responsibilities: Provide nursing services across various program areas, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for children. Complete comprehensive nursing assessments, and participate in planning and implementing healthcare services. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations. Collaborate with the Staff Psychiatrist and interdisciplinary team on all issues from admission through discharge. Supervise and support CRMAs. Oversee medication distribution processes and support accurate medical record-keeping. Educate team members on clinical issues under the guidance of senior healthcare professionals.
