$20,000 Sign on bonus (external applicants)

REGISTERED NURSE - EMERGENCY

SUMMARYCoordinate total nursing care for patients using Emergency Nursing standards and the nursing process; participate in patient and family teaching; provide leadership working cooperatively with other health care providers.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED• Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of an accredited School of Nursing. • Current BLS Healthcare Provider card. • Must have current ACLS and PALS certification or obtain within six months of assignment in ED. • Six months previous Med-Surg or ED experience recommended. CEN, BTLS, TNCC are recommended but not required.• Current State Nursing License in Pennsylvania.
