What You'll Do<\/span>
<\/p>

As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide high -quality, patient -centered care in a dynamic emergency setting. This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision -making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering compassionate care to patients of all ages.<\/span>

You will:<\/span>
<\/p>

• Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in a fast -paced emergency setting with strong clinical judgment and minimal supervision.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform rapid and accurate patient triage for all patients presented for emergency care<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collect and evaluate assessment data, prioritize patient care, and implement appropriate interventions based on identified physical and psychosocial needs while supporting efficient patient flow throughout the system<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions, evaluating effectiveness and adjusting care as needed<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and Emergency Department physicians regarding patient status, clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient flow.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition, treatment responses, and evolving patient care needs within the department<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support efficient patient flow throughout the department<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Accurately document all patient care and clinical findings<\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span>

  Education, Qualifications and Licenses:<\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Active Montana RN License required<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • BLS Certification required<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • COVID -19 Vaccination<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • ACLS & PALS (within 6 months of hire)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • TNCC & ENPC (within 1 year of hire)<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • CEN Certification preferred<\/span>
