Gross Weekly- $2069.2/wk ( 36 hours in a week)
Weekly Stipend- $1313.2
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Length: 8 Weeks
- Shift: Nights
- Scheduled Hours: 36 hrs/Week
- Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in a high-acuity Emergency Department.
- Assess, prioritize, and implement appropriate patient care interventions in fast-paced emergency situations.
- Administer medications, treatments, and emergency procedures according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians, trauma teams, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient conditions, document clinical findings, and maintain accurate medical records.
- Respond effectively to trauma, critical care, and emergency situations.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of recent Emergency Department RN experience required.
- Experience in a large facility Emergency Room strongly preferred.
- Level I Trauma Center experience preferred.
- Must have well-rounded adult and pediatric ER experience.
- Active Georgia RN License or Compact RN License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- TNCC and ENPC preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, triage, and emergency response skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must provide all required onboarding and credentialing documents, including badge-appropriate photo.
