Location: MetroHealth Parma Medical CenterBi-weekly Hours: 72.00Shift: 11a or 3 p; Rotating weekends, Rotating holidays

- Acutely ill pediatric to adult patients
Primary skills utilized/learned:
- Patient Assessments
- Patient Triage
- Trauma care
- IV insertion, blood draws, Foley catheter insertion
- Time management, critical thinking, delegating
Personnel RN will work with:
- Paramedics, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Providers
Number of beds on unit:
- 16 beds (ability to expand to 21)

- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS certifications or obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Current PALS certification or obtains within 6 months of hire
- Current TNCC certification or obtains within 1 year of hire
- PRN must possess current certifications upon hire
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN
- Professional Certification recognized by the Magnet Association
