We are seeking a highly skilled and responsive Registered Nurse (Emergency Room) to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced ER environment, providing immediate and effective care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment and triage of patients in the Emergency Room
• Deliver high-quality patient care in urgent and critical situations
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with physicians and emergency care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active RN License in the state of New Mexico
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
• ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required within 6 months of hire

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

• 1+ year of Emergency Room (ER) experience
• 1+ year of overall nursing experience
