Pay: $32.05 – $67.07 per hour (dependent on relevant experience)
Schedule options: Full-Time (72 hours per pay period), Part-Time (56 hours per pay period), or Per Diem (as needed)

Were partnering with a highly respected, not-for-profit community medical center in Sidney, Montana to hire an Emergency Room Registered Nurse. Provide care to acutely and critically ill patients across a broad range of emergency presentations
Perform complex assessments, initiate interventions, and continuously reassess patient status
Coordinate care with the interprofessional team to ensure safe, timely treatment and disposition
Function as Charge Nurse or Second Nurse on varying shifts, supporting flow and clinical decision-making
Contribute to a culture focused on patient safety, teamwork, and high reliability care
Education
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Licensure
Current Montana RN license
Required certifications
BLS
Preferred
Emergency Department experience
ACLS, PALS, TNCC (preferred)
