Key responsibilities:
· Working with a multidisciplinary team within endocrinology
· Direct patient care to patients and families to answer health management questions, provide patient education, care coordination, and facilitate inter-visit needs such as lab and prescription support.
· Patient and family follow-up to evaluate progress after making treatment changes.
· Collaborating with a collegial group of people who are committed to the care of our patients and the wellbeing of all team members.
· This is a part-time Monday to Friday position that requires flexible Boston and satellite coverage (satellites include Waltham, Peabody, Lexington, Weymouth); Two 10-hour days.
· Demonstrated interest in LGBT pediatric care preferred.
Minimum qualifications:
Education:Experience:- 2+ years pediatric nursing experience required
- Strong triage/phone communication skills
License/Certification:Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organizational needs.
