Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect patient care using comprehensive nursing processes.
Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans and patient education.
Deliver holistic care considering psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
Maintain collaborative relationships with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
Adhere to policies, industry standards, and applicable laws/regulations to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
Engage in continuous professional growth and development.
