Pay Rate:  Starting at  $42.00/hour

Schedule:  7:30 am - 4:30 pm Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Christmas Day off

No on-call required

Dean's Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate  Registered Nurse - Endoscopy)  in Houston, TX.  West Hospital's Endoscopy Department is a fast-paced, high-performing outpatient procedural unit dedicated to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. Our experienced and collaborative team performs a high volume of diagnostic and therapeutic GI procedures, including Colonoscopy, EGD, Flexible Sigmoidoscopy, among others. Each procedure room completes approximately 10-14 cases daily.

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy RN who can independently circulate routine and advanced endoscopic procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, dignity, and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong procedural nursing skills, critical thinking abilities, and experience with moderate sedation monitoring, recovery, procedural documentation, specimen management, and urgent/emergent GI cases.

Successful candidates thrive in a dynamic environment with changing priorities, demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork, and work effectively alongside physicians, anesthesia providers, technicians, and nursing staff to support efficient patient throughput and on-time procedural flow.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Compact or TX RN License

BLS (AHA only)

ACLS (AHA only)

Min 3yrs of recent, relevant experience

Experience with Epic is preferred. Current Texas RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and recent Endoscopy experience supporting Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and EUS procedures are required.
