" Shift hours: 5x8 hour days, 7A-3P or 4x10 hour days, 7a-5p
" 40 hours/week
" Charting: EPIC experience required
" Weekend Requirement: see call
" On call requirement: Call rotation with staff. 4 weeknights in a 6 week schedule, plus 1 weekend
" RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: ALL requests must be included in the submission
" Call off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-weeks
" Holiday Requirement: Must work one holiday or take call per 13-week contract.
" Accept First-Time Travelers: yes

REQUIRED LICENSE & CERTIFICATIONS

" ACLS / BLS
" Pending License Accepted: Yes, only if the candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state. Otherwise, submission must include an active Virginia State or Compact RN/LPN license.
REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS
========================
" Respiratory care: Airway management, Recover conscious sedation, recover monitored anesthesia care sedation
" Equipment: Balloon dilators, dilators, disposable grounding pads, electrosurgical units, ERBE, Forceps, Foreign body equipment, polyp snares
" Procedures: circulate, colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, Esophageal varices and banding, scrubbing
" Work settings: Inpatient, outpatient endoscopy center, portable/bedside travel cases, pre/post procedure
" Monitoring & assessments (lab values, isolation, malignant hyperthermia, pain, PCA, RASS)
" Skills: interpretation/management of dysrhythmias, specimen handling/labeling, obtain 12 lead ECG, starting and maintaining IVs
