REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. As an RN, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care, complete assessments, develop and implement individualized rehab care plans, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team. You will educate patients and families on care and recovery, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
