Pre-Screening Question: This is a trauma center with 48 beds that can flex up to 62 beds total using hall beds if needed; never staff more than 1:4 ratio for regular ED patients; hold assignments could include a ratio of 4:1 for progressive holds and 5:1 for medical holds. This ED averages 6.6 behavioral health patients per day. Please confirm, is your candidate comfortable moving forward?

Shift Requirements: 3x12s or 4x12s

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK CHARGE

Locals: No, IN residents not accepted

Certification Requirements: ACLS, BCLS, PALS; Preferred NIH, TNCC
-Floating is 100% required of ALL TRAVELERS - Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospital/s nearby as needed

Minimum Experience Required: 3 Years

Skillset Requirements: **Must have AT LEAST level 2 trauma experience.** General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Isolation Precautions
