Job Title: Registered Nurse - ER
Location: Tucson, AZ 85745
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Payrate: $63-$65/hour
Responsibilities:- Implements and monitors patient care plans; records and communicates patient status.
- Coordinates care across disciplines to ensure continuity of care.
- Carries out physician and nursing orders as directed.
- Coordinates discharge planning with the healthcare team.
- Performs patient assessments (initial, focused, and reassessments).
- Identifies patient problems and clinical needs.
- Develops and updates care plans with measurable goals in collaboration with patients/families.
- Provides nursing care including safety, medications, treatments, education, and documentation.
- Evaluates patient outcomes and adjusts care plans as needed.
- Delegates, prioritizes, and supervises care activities across the care team.
Qualifications:- 2 years of ER experience
- Current RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification
