• Pay Rate: $75.00 $80.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Night shift (3 12 Hours); shift start time 11:00 PM with flexibility to start four hours prior to or four hours after posted start time based on limited critical department need. *VERY RARELY FLEXED ONLY WHEN THERE IS AN URGENT STAFFING NEED*

Job Summary

This is a travel/contract Registered Nurse position in the Emergency Room (ER) specialty at a medical facility in Worcester, MA. The engagement is structured as a Night shift, 3 12-hour schedule with a contract duration of up to 26 weeks. The facility allows scheduling at 36 or 48 hours per week.

Education Requirements

• Permanent Massachusetts (MA) RN license in hand required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) required

Required Experience

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience required

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Night shift position; shift start time 11:00 PM with flexibility to start four hours prior to or four hours after posted start time based on limited critical department need
• Facility allows 36 HPW or 48 HPW
• Holiday rules: 1 major winter holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year) may be included in RTO; priority given to those with minimal RTO and 26-week contracts
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
• COVID-19 vaccination: not required

Important Notes

• Candidates must confirm awareness of 2 pass/fail exams at orientation: a medication exam and a telemetry exam. Both exams allow only 1 attempt. If the candidate does not pass, the contract is cancelled immediately. Study materials will be provided between the compliance process and FDIs.
• Facility is open to contract lengths of 13 26 weeks for this position.
• Candidate must be available to start August 26, 2026.
